Proposed Rulemakings
Proposed rulemakings are rules that are being considered for adoption by the State Board of
Education. Prior to adoption rules must be formally initiated and submitted for
a public review period of at least 30 calendar days.
Individuals with disabilities who need accommodations in order to participate in the hearing should contact Ms. Nancy O'Hara at (404) 656-3963, at least two business days prior to the hearing, to make known their accommodation needs.
