​July 24, 2024 – The State Board of Education will hold a called meeting on Thursday, July 25, 2024 at 4 p.m. to consider an allocation of funds to Georgia’s Regional Education Service Agencies (RESAs), procurement for the Atlanta Area School for the Deaf, cut scores for the Georgia Milestones mathematics assessments, and the reallocation of funds for character education programming to local education agencies (LEAs), and the authorization of an SBOE task force/committee to develop a rule on accreditation.

The meeting will be held via teleconference. The public may attend the meeting in either the State Board Room, 2070 Twin Towers East, Atlanta, Georgia 30334, or via livestream at youtube.com/gadoemedia.
