​​​​​State Schools will apply for the Title IV Ed Flex Waiver for FY23. The waiver will allow our division to use the FY23 allocation for well-rounded education and safe and healthy activities. We do not plan to use this specific funding for the purchase of technology ​which is also an allowable expense. We are asking that the requirement of 15% of these funds be used for technology purposes be waived for this fiscal year which will enable us to spend the funds in ways that best support our identified needs in our Comprehensive LEA Improvement Plan.​
